Owners provide 10 adult beach passes to walk on the beach. Kids are free. This is a 2 story home, on each level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and Central Air Conditioning! Beautiful huge, private back yard, with custom built patio with 2 large outdoor tables and chairs, enclosed outdoor shower, and two driveways allows for parking for 10 cars. There are 4 queen size beds, and 2 full size beds, the kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you will need to cook and prepare meals. You are walking distance to the Pier marketplace and ocean where there are the most popular restaurants in Narragansett, such as Sea Craft, Crazy Burger, Celeste, clam shacks, the Coast Guard House, delicious sandwich places, unique shops and MUCH more! Bring your boat, behind Monahan's Clam shack, there is a public boat ramp. Enjoy a stroll to the Historic Narragansett Towers on those warm summer nights. This home has a partial ocean view of the Narragansett Bay. The Block Island Ferry is just a few miles away in Galilee, where there are plenty of Restaurants, shops, fishing docks and a beach. Plenty to do on Block Island, horseback riding, biking, mopeds, restaurants, shops, sight seeing, boating, swimming, and more!!
