Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure to leave the white key fob of the clubhouse by the door before you leave. If lost there will be a $50.00 replacement fee.
Leave used towels and any used linens in the bathroom.
You can use the outdoor furniture at the terrace and porches but please leave the carport furniture covered and secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For no broken house rules the entire administrative fee will be refundable within 24 hours after check out. No purchases on the Roku TV streaming.
To open the front door, input the four digit code texted to you. The lock will open electronically. To lock the door press the lock icon bottom right
Management does not allow any parcel deliveries during the stay. Host is not responsible for any deliveries such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Everything was delightful from our host, to the property, to the location. We could easily walk in to Jensen Beach and it’s many shops and excellent restaurants, something we always value in rentals.

Our host was very helpful from beginning to end. The Unit is immaculate & stocked with everything you will need. The view of Indian River is beautiful & so relaxing with the sound of the swaying Palm Trees. Conveniently located to Jensen Beach & Stuart. We hope to return in the future.
