Experience the perfect lagoon/ Long Beach Island getaway in this delightful 3-bedroom, 1 full bath bungalow nestled in the serene Beach Haven West community. New dock summer 2026 and outdoor shower. This cozy rental offers a blend of comfort and convenience located on Mill Creek between the park and walking distance to a tackle shop, bagel store and ice cream shop. Ideal for families and small groups seeking a relaxing lagoon retreat down the Jersey Shore. Only 5 minutes to LBI by car!
With rental 3 beach chairs, rolling cooler, and beach cart. Grill. Outdoor dining table with umbrella. Deck couch with chairs and table. 3 cars max on property.

Blankets and pillows will be provided.
*Please bring your own bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels.

Kitchen is stocked with essentials to make a great meal. Drip Coffee maker. Keurig. Toaster. Blender. Pots and Pans. Dishwasher. Refrigerator with ice maker. Crockpot. Large pot for boiling large amount of pasta or crabs! Starter packs of dish soap, salt pepper, etc.

TV Access through Roku stick. Access to Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max and other streaming apps: use your own passwords.

This is a waterfront property. Please take care and watch all children, pets, etc at all times. Pets should be leashed at all times. Yard is partially fenced. Owners are not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen in, on or near water or on the premises. Be safe never swim or use amenities alone. Life jackets are provided in the side shed. There are 2 exterior cameras on the property for guest and host protection. While we don’t have a dock on the property, guests often use the public park which is a very short walk from our house. Guests take advantage of the nearby public docks and water access. In addition this park has a pickle ball court, playground, and walking path.

On Sunday nights place both trash and recycling cans 1 foot from mailbox facing towards the street to ensure they are collected.
Clear lint trap in dryer and place any used dish towels in washing machine.
Turn off all lights, turn off air conditioners and fans; ensure the front door is pulled closed, press Yale button. Thanks so much.

Sweet Retreat

We stayed a few days here while I had a work event in October. It's minutes from LBI ,great location on the lagoon . The neighborhood is so peaceful to be sitting by the bay with a cup of coffee or a cocktail relaxing. I would stay here longer next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the KAS Lagoon. Some highlights were the excellent location, lagoon view from the screened in porch, and the outdoor shower. It was also great to have amenities like beach chairs and the rolling cooler included. The couch is insanely comfortable and big enough for the whole family to lounge on together. My only complaint was the full size bed was much too firm. We would stay again!

We enjoy watching the boats go by with our wide lagoon water views and watching our kids crab off the dock!

What makes this property unique

Our screened in porch is the best place to drink your morning coffee and read a good book. At night make a fire, grab a glass of wine, turn on the twinkle lights and enjoy the peace.
