Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the grill or smoker was used, ensure the grates and stainless trays are clean. Used linens & towels are in the laundry room
If any water gear was used, return to the storage room, and lock the dock kitchen and storage room doors.
Lock all doors prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Neighborhood quiet time is 11 pm - 7 am. No large parties are allowed
No fireworks, use of guns, or use of drugs allowed on the property
Propane gas fireplace can be turned on/off by switch by fireplace. Do not burn anything else in fireplace.

Tucked away in a quiet cove, it offers magnificent sunsets, comfortable living, and endless water activities right at your fingertips. It is an ideal retreat for families of all ages to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

We chose this neighborhood for its quiet atmosphere and uninterrupted lake views, free from facing the intense west summer sun. It feels like a true retreat, yet it is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and only a 30-minute drive from Tyler, TX.
