Splash House is an 8 bedroom/8 bathroom home that sleeps 24 comfortably. It is located in the prestigious Twin Cove Marina neighborhood and includes a custom in-ground pool. Bring your boat to enjoy the lake and keep it at the boat slip at Twin Cove Marina which is included in your stay. This amazing home is less than 10 miles from I-75 and less than than a mile from the marina. In addition to the pool, there is a hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and several areas inside and outside for dining and entertaining. The lower level has a pool table, ping pong table, arcade game, complete bar (full fridge and dishwasher), and a TV lounge area. The main level has a custom kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, gas cooktop and all the kitchenware and cookware essentials you might need during your stay. It is an open concept home with relaxing and spacious dining and living areas. Six of the bedrooms have ensuite baths, including the Splash Suite that also has a kitchenette and private entrance from the garage. Whether you are seeking a peaceful getaway or a place to make memories with family and friends, this gorgeous home is the perfect choice for your stay.
