The apartment was very nice, with convenient bedrooms and bathrooms and wonderful terrace. The neighborhood is calm and friendly, with very nice restaurants and pasticerias. The owner is very cooperative and positive. The truth is next time I travel to Rome with my family or friends I will choose this apartment for sure.

This property was exactly as described. Located just outside the city which made it nice and a little more quiet at night. It was just a short taxi ride in to the city / to the sights. There were plenty of stores / food options within walking distance. Host was VERY communicative. We would definitely recommend this others and would stay again.

Beautiful flat, full of character, well equipped and clean. Clear instructions and excellent communication from Sam. Perfect location, 10min walk from metro station which is only 3 stops from main Termini station. Quiet neighbourhood, lovely to relax after a busy day sightseeing in one of the many local cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Supposed to be a 3 bed property, but one of the bedrooms was a sofa bed in a balcony with a fridge freezer, boiler and AC unit.Too noisy to get a decent nights sleep. Also had to leave the door open as no handle on the inside.The shower room in the en-suite bedroom was cluttered with part bottles of used toiletries.The shower door around the bottom was filthy as was the other bathroom.Underneath the bed was full of dust with a sock.A chair in the lounge was full of stains, it looked awful.We couldn’t get the TV to work. 5 of us tried.I have spoken to the host regarding these issues, and he did say that if we had reported them whilst there he would have sent someone to sort them.But to get the cleaning up to a decent standard would have taken a day at least. And if we were there relaxing it wouldn’t have been nice for us.I have photos to uphold these problems.

Our stay at this Vrbo in Rome was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked into a charming neighborhood yet within easy walking distance of major sights, cafés, and local gems that made us feel like we were truly experiencing the city, not just visiting it.The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the host takes real pride in the space—every detail, from the quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a home rather than a rental. After long days of exploring Rome, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind.What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The host was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond with recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a place in Rome that combines comfort, convenience, and authentic charm, this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Truly a five-star experience.

Appartement bien situé, quartier calme. À 10 minutes à pieds de la gare Ostiense avec accès au métro Piramide.Attention, la 3eme chambre, c'est un canapé convertible et c'est dans la même pièce que le réfrigérateur et l'espace repas. Heureusement par beau temps, on peut déjeuner sur la terrasse. Un peu de vaisselle sale . Le sèche linge était en fonctionnement avec le linge des anciens locataires à notre arrivée.Malgré tout, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement, bien équipé.
