The house was nice and just what we needed for the weekend. The back porch and patio area were wonderful for relaxing. The king bed was very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness; just a bit dusty and some spider webs. Communicate was prompt and helpful. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

This was a cute place in Garner, everything was provided and then some. Discription of the house and amenities were spot on. Great place for small families or couples. Owner is very responsive to messages, gets back to within 15-20 minutes or sooner. Just know if you're a smoker, there is absolutely no smoking in property, expect to go across the road if you do smoke. Would highly recommend this rental as we enjoyed our stay very much.

The space was as listed and check in was a breeze . The issue came from the amount of dog hair that was all over everything on top of tables stoves the linen as if it hadn’t been washed or cleaned the WiFi was out our entire stay so we couldn’t use any of the TVS & it’s in the country side of garner so we had little to no service unless we left the property

The property was nice but dated. There was dog hair left from a previous tenant. However overall it was a nice stay. It was convenient to many different things we could do and my 4 year old great niece loved the Bamboo “forest”.

I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted Went on a work trip, to start beds were cheap, uncomfortable. We’d also turn it down to about 68 at night and would wake up to it at 74 someone must control it from their phone. Then to seal this one star review are trip got cut short and the host refused to answer VRBO or work with me on canceling for a partial refund. Took around a thousand dollars of money with no one even staying there.

Kole, if you never stayed how do you know the beds were cheap and uncomfortable ? We would never do anything to make our guest feel uncomfortable. The Thermostat is a smart thermostat and it will auto adjust to conserve energy. We did adjust the thermostat to 68 degrees when it was brought to our attention that the temp was at 70. We would have been happy you work with you but upon you leaving you put up the middle fingers and said some cuss words that made us feel uncomfortable. We felt that since you were so angry we would not contact you to cause more stress to you.
