Communication was generally good. Had an issue with getting into the unit as there is no keypad on front door. I wouod suggest another keypad on frontbdoor for people that aren't using the garage. Everything you could possibly need was available at the unit and location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Nashville.

The host was very responsive and everything was just as described! The pictures are exactly what you get plus some as this home was spacious and beautiful with all amenities you would need for a long stay. I didn't have children but thought it would be nice to mention they have several baby items such as beds cribs high chair seat linens etc! Would recommend and will definitely love to come back!
