About this property

Tranquil Nature Retreat on 12 acres!

A nature getaway for couples & families! Surround yourself with trees, plants, birds, and much more. Deer and turkey are often outside your door or windows when you wake up. Three bedrooms to choose from, two downstairs and one is the open loft. In floor heating for cold nights and warm feet! A beautiful, meandering river runs through the property (18" trout have been caught here!). Look for the white posts throughout the property that serve as "holes" to play frisbee golf! It's a newly built house, modern with amenities. Private but close to some daytime road noise. Near lakes (Bear, Eloika), ski resorts, U pick farms (Green Bluff), hunting & much more to explore. Spokane is 30-45 minutes away and has many good restaurants, malls, Riverfront Park and more to enjoy. And it's only 2-3 hours to popular Canadian cities.

The house was clean, well furnished, and stocked with games and books. We loved the heated floors! Perfect for a quiet retreat, close to our friend's ranch.

This was a great stay for all ages! We did have trouble sleeping occasionally with noise coming from the utility room. But overall, we really enjoyed the piece and quiet and layout of the house and property - just what we were looking for.

Hi, my name is Amy. I live in Nevada with my husband Kevin and children. We enjoy nature, tea, coffee and relaxing mornings in the woods. I like interacting with people and sharing this beautiful piece of paradise with others. After building a home on the property,

Why they chose this property

We found this beautiful piece of land while looking for a retirement home in Washington state. We realized that there were very few hotels in this area, so we decided to open up our house to guests so that others may see how incredible Eastern Washington really is! Please enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

12 relaxing, wooded acres with a river running through it. Places to hike and fish right outside your front door. Remote but not unreachable, natural but not wild. Just perfect.
