Location for us was perfect,easy walk either way to Armacao de Pera or Alporchinhos depending on preference.The property is well presented and a good size,wonderful views to sea and gardens,the grounds are a wonderful feature and well maintained.A car is helpful though not essential.A nice upmarket development with a feeling of privacy,would return and recommend.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen!Entsprach voll der Beschreibung!Zum Strand sind es nur 3minuten!Waren den ganzen Januar da und sind voll zufrieden. Auch die Betreuung der war gut.

Very nice renovated house

Beautiful house very well equipped. Just for the winterseason the house needs a lot of energy to keep the stay comfortable. But everything is available. A heatpump instead of radiators would have made it much more efficient. The bed-pillows need some reconsideration.
