Welcome to Seaclusion~ This new construction, luxury home will be sure to take your breathe away as your pass through each floor. This home was meticulously designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.



Seaclusion is located directly across the street from the white sandy Vilano Beach, and only minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Publix and popular dining are only half a mile away!

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free garage parking, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to a laundry with two washing machines and dryers.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very short walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
