Room w/Pool Table. This is a great home that provides ample space for your family & has plenty of extras for all to enjoy. The top floor has a large Living/Dining/Kitchen combination that is perfect for all to gather & enjoy family time together. The views of the ocean are sure to relax & there are two sun decks, one facing the golf course & one facing the ocean, along w/a covered deck for taking in the surrounding area. There is an island bar that is perfect for hanging out during meal preparation time. Pool is available early May to mid October. Fireplace is available early November to last week in March. SIGNATURE OF PROPERTY MANAGER'S RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wipe down appliances, counters, etc. Clean the wood fireplace and/or grill if used.
Leave the sheets on the bed; our cleaners will strip the beds for you. Bath towels should be placed in bathtub.
Items rented from a company should be bundled/placed according to their instructions.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked and all lights are turned off. The thermostat should be set to 75 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
