This gated beach view villa offers a stunning view of the beach/ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The complex offers an 11,000-square-foot, lagoon-style swimming pool plus 10 other smaller pools, some heated. Additionally, there are hot tubs, restaurants, bars, a nine-hole golf course, and much more.

Beach access is convenient, only a short walk across a two-lane street or a free tram ride to the lagoon pool and beach. The unit in on the second floor, parking just outside the front door, this is a VERY convenient unit, very close to one of the pools too. Restaurants, entertainment, liquor store, Convenience store , shopping and bowling alley just outside the security gate. Bay county Pier just 2 blocks from the condo. Saturday to Saturday rental only !
