Rental comes with a golf cart included with your stay. The villa sleeps 6. It offers a spacious open living and dining room area with an outdoor patio. The master bedroom porch peeks out at the pool area and into the eyes of wildlife. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with the cooling AC or getting ready for a day out at the beach, this welcoming villa has you covered. With its phenomenal comfort and thoughtful touches, it’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Also, just beyond our backdoor is a beautiful grassy courtyard and a two hundred yard walk straight to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Carolinas.

We offer Amenity Cards for purchase for the Fripp Island Resort managed properties on the Island. This gives you access to the other island pools, golfing, and beach club amenities - Pickleball, tennis, boat cruises, restaurants, Fripp Kid club activities, paddle boards, community pools and many more activities.

We can also recommend many interesting off island adventures close by as well. With our villa complex having a pool and private beach access, it's a great location right in the middle of the island! Club card and its amenities are not required to have a wonderful time at Fripp Island. However, they will enable you to take advantage of a lot of Resort Managed Activities and Restaurants on the island.

Resort Fees (12.8% of rental) and Club Cards ($39-55 each) are purchased in addition to the villa rental.
