OCEAN FRONT GOLF COURSE CONDO

This 1400 sq. ft. condo is located at the very tip of the island with the ocean and Fripp inlet on one side and the 10th tee and 18th hole of the Ocean Point golf course on the other. The sun and moon rises are to die for. The area is very private, but with all activities close by. The condo complex is 22 units and features it's own private pool for guests only.
Each bedroom has a king bed and TV. The den has a sleeper sofa and TV. All the bathrooms are updated with new cabinets and marble floors. The master bath has a walkin shower with 2 shower heads and a seat. The second master bath has a marble tub/shower.
The living area is totally open to take advantage of all the views. The kitchen is complete with a eatin bar area.
There are several public pools on the island and the beach is over 3.5 miles long Take a walk on the beach to find shells & sand dollars.
Fripp is a wildlife sanctuary so you are sure to see deer, raccoons, alligators, osprey, herons, dolphins etc.
Fripp has several places to eat on the island but not much other commercial activity.
Golf, tennis and fishing are the major activities on the island as well as walking, biking, nature viewing ,boating, and beach activities. Instruction classes are available for golf & tennis. There is an activity center (Camp Fripp) to entertain the little ones in the family, plus teen events.
Golf carts, bikes, boats etc. are available to rent on island or near by rental centersl
Amenity cards are available for any person over 12 years of age at a cost of $50 per week. Cards allow guests to have full use of the islands golf courses, pools tennis, restaurants, equipment rentals and use of the gym work out facilities.
Historic Beaufort has a lot to offer and Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head are just short pleasant trips away.

We loved our stay here. The unit is in a lovely location with the best balcony views for porpoise and pelican watching. It had everything we needed! After many stays at Fripp, a well stocked kitchen and things like beach towels, are much appreciated.

Description of the property is very accurate. We saw dolphins every day swim by and deer came to visit in the evenings. Beach is a bit of a walk from the property but not too far. Kids loved having pool almost always to themselves. Enjoyed the visit. Thank you!

Family Vacation

I have rented several properties on Fripp and this one was fantastic. The layout was perfect for four adults and a toddler. Excellent views from all rooms and deck. Bill was very responsive to my emails and stopped by the morning we were checking out to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book this unit again.

Fripp vaca and wedding

We booked this Fripp Island condo for a family wedding and vacation. We absolutely loved looking out at the ocean, watching the dolphins and birds, and the quiet. The kids loved the pool and the beach. My grandson played Sorry from the closet full of games and beat me 5-1 during our stay. I would recommend this property 100% and I hope we can stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The view was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. This was a great rental for our family and we would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the elevator was out of order during the entire stay. This did not impact our trip, but could potentially be a problem for another renter.

Our group of friends had no idea what to expect vacationing on Fripp. This condo and the entire island and experience exceeded any expectations we had! The condo had everything needed and was fully stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved being able to walk to the beach, during low tide, and comb for shells. We saw dolphins, birds, and the very friendly island deer daily. Even witnessed deer on the beach! We did not rent a golf cart, but definitely something to consider as most beach parking is for golf carts. The condo was clean, cool, beds were comfortable and the place was spacious! We had such an amazing time and did not want to leave!!!

Great condo. Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. Owner very helpful and quick to respond. Beautiful location on point of the island. It’s a golf cart ride to beach access during low tide. Condo Complex pool is nice when you don’t want to make the trip to the beach. Highly recommend

Condo was great for our family. The view was incredible. I don’t think you can get any closer to the ocean. I will miss the daily view of dolphins. The window seats in both bedrooms were so special, having such a magical view each day. I loved the little green space behind the condo. Deer came to visit us each evening at sunset. Pretty amazing to have a view of sunrise and sunset each day. Beds were comfortable. Space was clean. Loved having loads of games/puzzles to chose from for the few rainy days we had. Definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect location!

My family and I loved this condo! The location is great and the views really can't be beat. We've been coming to Fripp for decades and everyone kept saying this was the best spot we've ever stayed in! We saw tons of porpoises in the channel, enjoyed the breeze from the balcony, and were a short walk away from Ocean Point Grill for breakfast. The condo was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and comfortable and the owner was quick to respond. We had no issues during our stay but I'm confident that if we had they would have been resolved quickly! The only thing wrong was that the elevator didn't work, but the owner has no control over that so I'm not counting it against him. We definitely will be staying here again in the future and recommending it to everyone!

Ocean front view and breeze!

The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, comfortable, casual. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity card, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. If you wish to access the beach clubs, fitness center, stores, restaurants, golf clubs you must purchase the amenity cards & you will be charged an additional 12.8% tax of your total stay fee. The location, the condo, the island life is fabulous!

Wonderful sunrises and very clean
