This is a one bedroom with in unit laundry. Bedroom has a Queen bed with private balcony. Kitchen has a dishwasher, range, full size fridge. Kitchen is also set with all cooking utensils and a coffee pot. Private parking for two cars. Walking distance to Dollar General, Grocery store and restaurants. Also shopping and bank nearby. Quiet neighborhood, park nearby as well. Apartment was newly renovated last year. All utilities and WI-Fi included.
