Havasu Palms is your perfect home away from home! This inviting retreat offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, this home has a large, lively backyard ensuring ample space for a comfortable stay.

Welcome to your backyard paradise! Relax in the sparkling pool or soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy a meal with the family in our outdoor dining area and take in those Havasu Sunsets or share memories with loved ones around the fire pit table.

DINING AREAS
There is plenty of dining space here at Havasu Palms. The indoor dining room offers seating for up to 6 around the spacious table, as well as 4 barstools along the counter. Taking it outside, we have an outdoor dining table with seating for six.

KITCHEN
Welcome to your culinary dream! Our fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for creating the perfect meal. Plus a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods, tea, sugar and creamer!

LIVING
Relax and entertain in our cozy living room, flowing effortlessly off of the spacious kitchen providing ample space to enjoy good company. Featuring a kids play area with kids toys and games, this home is perfect for families! With a variety of board games and a LED SmartTV, it is the ideal spot to unwind after a long day on the lake or trails.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with single vanity sink and shower. Walk-in closet with tons of storage. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front bedroom: Queen bed + single children`s pull out couch, across the kitchen from hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3 – Second bedroom: Queen bed, next to the hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Bunk room: One set of full bunks and one set of twin bunks, next to the hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 6)
Bonus Bed – Living room has a pull out couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. (Sleeps 2)

During your stay at Havasu Palms, you will have exclusive access to the property and all of the amenities we have to offer. To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Palms at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.

QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors.

SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Palms, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
