Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $50/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

We charge $30/night per guest after the 10th guest.

We do not allow music outdoors after 9 pm. No DJ, karaoke, or loudspeakers.

Great house for my group. Big windows with lots of natural light. Pleanty of room for everyone to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of parking. If my group comes back next year we would like to book this house again. There was a couple things the house was missing, so we messaged the host and they were always quick to respond offering suggestions.

Wedding festivities

Twin Palms is a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing oasis. Open, clean and filled with lots of natural light. We felt instantly a home once we stepped through the door. Open with lots of natural light was perfect for some great photos. After the wedding and all its chaos the house was a peaceful retreat to rest and relax before heading home.
