About this property

An ULTIMATE Havasu Escape

This is a beautiful 2226 s.f. Split floor plan home. The furnishings are a cozy combo of antiques and modern (boho chic). It is very spacious, but just as cozy.
You Enter through an 8ft glass front door, or directly through the 3 car garage. Tiled floors, cathedral ceilings and a stacked stone fireplace set off the great room.
Featuring two couches (one is a hide a bed) a 60’ TV and sliders provide access to the large & private backyard. Featuring , a HEATED pool/spa and grill. There is and additional comfy seating area with a glass FIRE pit along with an additional enclosed patio off the kitchen with a dining table.

From the great room, 8ft sliding barn doors lead to a huge master with a ca King bed, walk-in closet, hide a bed couch, TV, walk-in shower, vanity and dual sinks.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 (one has a queen bed the other a King) have huge floor to ceiling closets.
New paint and carpet throughout.
This home is located in the highly sought after residential estates. A stones throw to the golf course and centrally located.
Approved pets are $100 per pet

Love at first sight

We took two teenage girls for spring break and loved everything about this house. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plenty full and soft in the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. The location was perfect for us… It’s a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable we did not want to leave and will be back! .

Great stay

This is the fifth year in this wonderful Burke house. We love the location where mountains and water are in view on our daily walks. It is a short drive to great restaurants, the London Bridge, and the downtown area. The house is spacious and well designed for entertaining grandkids when they visit. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and the backyard area is spacious for relaxing and entertaining. The host is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

Fantastic house

We absolutely loved this house. Great location and the split layout for two couples is nice, each with king beds. The host was easy to communicate with, left us a sweet welcome gift for our arrival which we enjoyed too. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, the pool spa and fire pit were fun and all in working order, just a great all around property.

London Bridge visit

The location had easy access to the bridge and shopping area. Several high quality restaurants near the bridge with great views of the Lake. The home had a very nice layout, great coffee selection and a chocolate cake waiting for us. Excellent home for any mix of people.

Everything we needed was at this home. We never had to leave. We enjoyed family time but there was plenty of space to have quiet time. We loved being close to the lake but far enough from any crowds. House was clean and quiet.

Lake Havasu holds my most favorite childhood memories on and around the Beautiful lake. I grew up in Ca. I moved here in 2016 to spend time with my father. Unfortunately he passed only 4 months later. I bought this beautiful home to keep me busy and slowly remodel. The beauty here reveals itself to me daily. From the sky's and sunsets to the friendly people, and of course the lake.

Why they chose this property

This property is one block over from my father's home. It is in the nicest area, south shore, off the golf course. It is spacious, yet still cozy. I loved the private back yard with entry into the master from the pool. Also, the big garage! I don't have toys yet, but it is so nice to enter the home from the garage. Also, the laundry room is a new bonus for me.

What makes this property unique

The area! The pow effect in of the great room and the master suite. Everything really. I love the large kitchen and the attached dining patio.
