WaterColor HOA requires anyone over the age of 5 to have an amenity band to utilize community amenities.

If you choose to rent a Golf cart through Electric Cart Company you must follow their rules and it can only be driven on roads 35 mph or less. DO NOT try to drive onto Highway 98 with it.
