The condominium complex is oceanfront and this is one of the oceanfront units with a balcony facing the ocean with a full view. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 4 flat screen TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, porta crib, and a private oceanfront balcony. Oceanside West includes an oceanfront pool, grilling area, and a shared walkway to beach.

The master bedroom has one King bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Single beds. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rate includes departure cleaning and bed linens (Note: Towels not included). No smoking. First floor. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters. Accommodates 8.

Towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. The owner includes bed linens. No pets.
