Just a few steps from the Warnemünde spa park and the Baltic Sea beach, our "Turmblick" holiday apartment—located in the restored villa at Schulstr. 5a and featuring a sunny balcony—awaits you as a cosy holiday home for two. You’ll feel right at home! Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Located on the mezzanine level, the approximately 35-square-meter “Turmblick” apartment features a living room with a separate sleeping area (double bed), a very nice bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the Warnemünde church tower, a kitchen with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cable TV, DVD/radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi, and laminate flooring. The apartment is designed for 2 people and is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Super zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral: Kurpark 1 Minute, Strand 3 Minuten, Edeka 3 Minuten, Leuchtturm 10 Minuten.Ferienwohnung völlig ok, sehr klein für 2 Personen aber ausreichend, Mobiliar völlig ok könnte aber mal teileineuert werden. TV nur öffentliche Sender.

Lage der FW und Parkmöglichkeit

An der Einzimmerwohnung war nichts auszusetzen. Komplett eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Promenade. Aber ! : Es wird im Zusammenhang mit der FW keine Parkmöglichkeit für einen PKW geboten. Man muß entweder teuer für einen Parkhausstellplatz zahlen oder weit außerhalb einen Parkplatz anmieten. Dorthin muss man schon den Stadtverkehrbus nehmen. Mit Parkplatz an der FW ja, sonst würde ich die FW nicht mehr buchen. Schade.
