Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cosily furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Anker” Holiday Apartment: This cosy corner apartment on the 3rd floor features a magnificent side view of the sea, as well as views of the park and the new marina; prime beachfront location, living room with a double sofa bed (TV, free Wi-Fi), bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, freezer, great shower room, hair dryer, sunny south-facing balcony, laminate flooring; Sleeps 2 to 4 people, living area approx. 61 sqm, easily accessible via the building’s lift. You can easily reach the apartment via the lift and the bright, sunny atrium.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linens package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, and more—all just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/anchor: 5.00 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
