Right on the beach promenade in Warnemünde, at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Dorsch” holiday apartment, located on the 1st floor in a prime beachfront location, offers a side view from its large balcony of the Alter Strom, the marina, and Georginenplatz. It measures approximately 50 square metres and is reserved for 4 guests (non-smokers). The apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and features a lovely living room with a seating area and dining area, TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi, an open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, washing machine, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds (2.TV).

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels,shower mat).


At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
People with severe disabilities (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: People with severe disabilities 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
