Precious? Adorable? We’re running out of adjectives! Designer touches abound in this renovated Carmel cottage. Just a half-mile to the beach and a short walk to downtown, it’s designed for outdoor living with a large courtyard in front and a private patio in back. Indoors, there’s a full kitchen (everything but a dishwasher) and a living room with a pull-out Queen sofa bed and a large TV. The bath has a tub/shower, and the bedroom has French doors that open to the backyard. Washer/dryer. Parking for two cars.
