Relax in this 3 bedroom + office home in southwest Denver. The house is nestled in a quiet Denver neighborhood with easy access to all areas of the City as well as a quick jaunt to the mountains.

The property has 3 full bedrooms as well as an office which can function as a 4th room with a blow up mattress. Additionally, the downstairs living room couch converts to a full size bed. Two full living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), two full baths, a full kitchen as well as a kitchenette. Washer and dryer available for guests use. Fully fenced backyard and located across the street from basketball court, playground, West Harvard Gulch Trail, and College View Denver Parks and Recreation Center.
