The Space:

Coastal ocean views, steps from the white sand beach, a coffee shop/restaurant on the corner and a short drive to Publix, Whole Foods and oodles of shopping, dining and entertainment options…this is your perfect coastal getaway home in Destin!



This spacious 5 BR, 5BA air-conditioned home will accommodate up to 14 guests with garage/driveway parking for up to 4 cars. All bedrooms have tv’s, bathrooms with walk in showers and the main bedroom has a soaking tub in addition to the shower. The open living and dining areas; perfect for watching tv, playing board games or just unwinding, lead to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals or snacks. The private heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach and a washer/dryer is available to clean suits, towels and more. (Access to a community pool is also available during your stay)



Your days can be as busy or as laid-back as you choose. Spend every day relaxing at the beach or golf, shop, play putt-putt, take a helicopter ride; whatever you decide there’s no lack of things to do at your home away from home…Happy Hours!



Things to Know


    2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Pool heat is available from October through April.

Everything was perfect! There were 12 of us including 4 kids . We had a very relaxing stay. The housevwas clean and comfortable and the pool was a big hit. There was plenty of room for everyone in the family. We walked almost everywhere because things were so convenient. Would love to stay at this home again.

Lovely house, clean, comfy and great location.

This is a wonderful house in a great location! So close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. However, the supplies in the kitchen were woefully inadequate for making meals for a large family. Cookware and dishes were fine, but appliances, serving dishes, utensils and needed bake ware were sorely lacking. I'd love to give it five stars, but our frustration in making/serving meals knocked it down two stars. The host can do better!

Location and house are outstanding…the set up of the house is perfect for groups/big families with kids. Neighborhood is picturesque! There were some issues that arose but were handled swiftly by the property management company. Lots of beach supplies, chairs and boogie boards which were so fun. The grill wasn’t fully functional, the carpets could use a deep cleaning and the pool should have had cleaning/shocking more regularly but overall we’d definitely stay here again. The location and house really are amazing! I would have given this 5 stars if

Spacious, well-appointed home

Family group of 10 - plenty of room to spread out with a bunk room that was perfect for 4 young adult siblings to feel like they were kids again, bathrooms for each of five bedrooms, and my newly engaged son and his fiancé had the special room on the third floor with a view. The primary bed was the most amazing bed I’ve ever slept in. Very centrally located close to all the things! My suggestions: Please mark recycling bin clearly and state in all messages regarding the trash that there is recycling collection. Also, would be very helpful to post instructions on each door for how the locks work when closing from the outside. And finally, it would be awesome if the post on vrbo listed what was in the kitchen for cooking as far as pans and appliances and if it stated that only induction-safe cookware could be used. We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home! Felt like such a luxury!

It’s a beautiful home in a great location. The house is well used, there must have been a party prior to our stay. There was some paper confetti, tape on the plantation shutters, balloon pieces, command hooks, and bits of what looked like tissue paper still stuck to the walls in some areas. Questionable cleaning in that respect, we cleaned it up so we wouldn’t get charged for it. Couldn’t find the pool remote to turn the pool lights on and there was a hose that ran from the outer wall of the garage that sprayed water from the spigot constantly. The neighbors have string patio lights that shined into the master bedroom all night for the whole stay that was annoying. Beds were comfy and the balconies were peaceful. Nice location for a large group staying together. Arrived at the home 45 minutes early, we drove up from Tampa and forgot about the time change. I received a text the night before check in saying we may be allowed to check in early so I reached out when we arrived 45 minutes early to see if that would be possible. We were told no, sat on the front porch for 45 minutes until the door would unlock. I realize arriving early was an oversight on my part but it didn’t feel good to sit out there and wait in the heat while it was empty.
