A parking space is available right next to the house.

The apartment is fully equipped and features window blinds: The large windows are electrically operated, while the small windows are manually operated from the inside.

Lütow is located on the island of Usedom, about 6 km from Zinnowitz, right on the Achterwasser lagoon. The vacation apartments are spread across several vacation homes in a quiet location on the edge of the forest—ideal for anyone who wants to live close to nature while still being just a short distance from the seaside resorts. The beach is about 1.5 km away.

The town offers excellent tourist amenities: bike rentals, boat rentals, shopping, restaurants, and several beer gardens. You’re well connected even without a car: there are excellent public transportation options, including buses and a tourist train, to Zinnowitz. The property owner offers a train station shuttle.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich aber die Ferienwohnung keine 50 Wert. Diese machte nämlich ein renovierungsbedürftiges und abgeranztes Erscheinungsbild. Des Weiteren wurde durch den Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass Ihr Portal unnötig hohe Kosten auf die Buchung draufschlägt und er nur 60 genommen hätte und nicht die horrenden Preise, die Sie vorschlagen. Keine Buchung mehr auf Fewo-direkt.

Zinnowitz ist ein toller Urlaubsort. Aber die Unterkunft war einfach nur schmutzig und teilweise (zB Matratzen) geradezu eklig.
