The size of the condo itself is fine. However, the building is very outdated, the elevator is on its last leg. Numerous light bulbs out in every room, fan doesn’t work in master bedroom. This is also barely what could be called an ocean view, it is a road view and very loud due to traffic. It is in the very front of the property so it is a hike to the beach if you have smaller children. The blue light shining outside of the front bedroom is so bright it’s like being in a nightclub. The curtains in the master bedroom are barely hanging up and missing many of the sliding parts so beware when opening and closing the curtains. I could go on and on.

We were told we couldn’t check in until 4 which is fine . We traveled 12 hours for them to tell us they were canceling our first night that I added on to our weeks vacation. Told us basically to figure it out . Terrible company and terrible customer service. We will never book through Avari again .

For the price we rented the hotel it was very inaccurate. Since the first day we got there, we messaged the host about the washer and dryer machine not working. In general the unit should be remodeled. It took them 4 days to come help with the situation. We ended up leaving about 1 day early since all of our clothes was wet.

Thank you, Angel, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. It’s disappointing to know that the washer and dryer were not functioning properly, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it impacted your plans. We take these matters seriously, and it’s clear we fell short in addressing the situation promptly. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience, and we regret that we didn’t meet that standard for you. Your comments about the need for remodeling are also noted, and we will certainly take them into consideration as we continue to improve our properties. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide you with the quality stay you deserve. Thank you again for your insights, and we wish you all the best.
