Perched in an AMAZING LOCATION, this warm and inviting cottage is your perfect sanctuary for a peaceful escape. Fully loaded kitchen ready for you to whip up a feast. The charm extends outdoors to a huge, private back patio- ideal for sipping morning coffee or curl up in the seat with a book. After a long day exploring, enjoy movie nights on the smart TVs, or challenge your loved ones to our board games, whether you are seeking tranquility or entertainment, this space has it all.

- NO PARTIES! The quiet hours start from 11:00 pm - 7:am .

- NO STREET PARKING. There is a 2 car garage attached to the home. You can also fit 2 more cars in the driveway.

- Keyless entry. Your code instructions will be sent to your privately prior to arrival

- NO SMOKING! There will be a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.

- Please make sure to read and abide by all the house rules.

- Early check in / late check out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best there may be an additional charge.

- Any guests must be pre approved by the host.

The house was great! Everything was bright and clean, the rooms were lovely and spacious. The deck was huge with lots of seating. We all enjoyed our stay!
