Holiday Rental 03-1 at the Papillon Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy ground-floor apartment, featuring a terrace and a small south-west-facing garden, is located at the end of Building 3. With approximately 55 m² of living space, it includes a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is pleasantly bright thanks to the outdoor areas. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

From the living room, you step out onto the furnished, covered terrace. A beach chair and a sun lounger invite you to relax. In the bright living area, you’ll find a double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, books, and board games.

The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as an egg cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) with storage space on both sides, as well as a wardrobe. In the hallway, there’s a large wardrobe for your remaining luggage. Pleated blinds and additional blackout options via curtains are available throughout the apartment. Insect screens are installed in most rooms.

The shower room has a window and is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. Storage space is also available in the lockable, apartment-specific basement. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 3. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. An iron and an ironing board are provided in the apartment.

Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are very welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
