Schöne gut ausgestattete und stylische maritime Wohnung zentral und direkt am Strand gelegen(alles fußläufig erreichbar ). Kleiner ausreichender Balkon für laue Sommerabende , bei schlechtem Wetter schönes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch ausreichend großem Flachbildschirm TV . Die zum Wohnraum angeschlossene offene Küche ist mit genügend Arbeits und Sitzfläche zum kochen und essen mit allem guten und funktionierenden Geräten ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer mit großem gemütlichem Boxspringbett (weich) ,TV (ohne Fernbedienung) , und Zugang zum Balkon . Helles sauberes Bad (ohne Fenster) mit Dusche und großem Spiegel und Waschtisch mit genügend Ablagefläche …. Fazit schöne (nicht schon abgewohnte) Wohnung ! für Singles oder Paare in ruhigem Haus (1.Etage) direkt an der Promenade.

Straße vor dem Haus zwar wenig Verkehr, aber früh Lieferungen und manchmal Müllabfuhr. Insgesant aber ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung La Mer 07 befindet sich in optimaler Lage. Sie ist im 1. Stock eines sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Apartmenthauses gelegen. Der Strand befindet sich zudem nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Einmal über die Straße und schon ist man da! Die Wohnung ist scheinbar erst kürzlich renoviert worden. Wir fanden sie in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor. Die Einrichtung des 2-Zimmer-Apartments ist sehr stilvoll. Außerdem verfügt sie über einen kleinen Balkon. Hinweis für die Kids: Das WLAN im Haus ist ausreichend schnell :-) Wir haben hier einige schöne Tage verbracht und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
