Welcome to Valoca, a beautifully maintained villa with plenty of Mediterranean charm and a huge private swimming pool. Far from the crowds of mass tourism, it is located in the tranquil community of Son Serra de Marina in northern Mallorca, just about 800 m from the sea and approximately 2 km from the popular natural beach of Son Serra de Marina.

This fabulous Mediterranean home accommodates up to 6 guests and features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Air conditioning is available in every room, keeping the entire house nice and cool during hot weather. During the winter months, both the air conditioning and the gas heating system ensure comfortable temperatures. The house is also equipped with a very fast fiber-optic internet connection and, thanks to its own satellite system, offers a wide selection of international TV channels.

The magnificent private garden, approximately 500 square metres in size, features a refreshing natural lawn and many colourful native plants, and borders the vast and impressive natural landscape of the neighbouring nature reserve. With more than 100 square metres of partially covered terraces, the spacious garden is a welcoming retreat: equipped with a relaxing hammock, a comfortable hanging chair, various lounge chairs, and a huge dining table—perfect for leisurely breakfasts, exciting afternoons of games, or relaxing al fresco dinners.

The house features a spectacular modern 6m x 6m L-shaped saltwater pool with a consistent depth of 1.60m. In addition, there is a fantastic outdoor hot tub, which invites you to take a dip in any season with its adjustable temperature ranging from 26 to 38 degrees.

For your convenience, the quiet area offers, among other things, several supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, as well as a pharmacy.

Please note that pets, parties, and smoking are not permitted in this house, and the landlord is legally required to collect the personal information of all guests aged 16 or older and submit it to the Spanish authorities. To this end, a copy of the ID card or passport of all guests must be provided prior to arrival.

The “Ecotasa” (tourist tax) is included in the rental price, as are all other ancillary costs.
