Great house with superb views

The whole family loved staying here. The views are wonderful and facilities and grounds perfect for us. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly. The house is set away from the village and seafront but it is only a short drive away and the ability to wake up to stunning scenery was worth it. The dogs became a favourite feature and are well behaved.The beach and sea is not far away and is very clean. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing quiet location but not too remote.

Prachtig huis met mooie uitzichten. Standaard ingericht wra bijdraagt aan de charme. Het was erg warm toen wij er waren. De verschillende stranden in d ebuurt, bootje varen bij scario, wandelen bij wwf, wandelen richting marratea. Enkel Italiaanse toeristen gezien. Enkel nadeel waren de campings beneden aan de kust die s avonds erg veel lawaai maakten.

Villa immersa nel verde con un panorama molto bello, posto tranquillo e casa completa di tutto il necessario. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità per via della posizione collinare e ventilata. Ideale per famiglie. Proprietari cortesi e recettivi alle richieste.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus am Berghang

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche Ende Mai in dem Haus. Ich habe es anfangs nicht glauben wollen dass man das Meer in dieser Entfernung so laut hören kann, aber es klingt wirklich als ob man direkt am Strand liegt! Traumhaft! Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Gabriele ist ein toller Vermieter und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Villa in collina in zona tranquilla con vista sul Golfo di Policastro e in buona posizione per visitare il Cilento. Corrisponde alla descrizione ed è dotata di tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consigliata per chi desidera una vacanza rilassante.

Schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer

War ein schöner Aufenthalt mit super Aussicht auf das Meer. Ein besonderes Schmankerl waren die Hängematten und riesigen Balkon und Terrassen. Gabriele hat alles top organisiert!

Vacanza in famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato qui i primi 15 giorni di agosto. Tutto perfetto casa grande pulita e ben accessoriata in posizione fantastica. Cenare la sera dopo una giornata di mare sulla terrazza con la vista su tutto il golfo è impagabile. Gabriele, il proprietario, molto disponibile e gentile. Sistemazione consigliatissima a chi ama un soggiorno riposante e lontano dalla confusione . Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ottima casa e posizione

La casa si trova a 1.5 di strada, a tratti ripida, dalla litoranea, raggiunta la quale si può arrivare rapidamente nel Cilento o in Basilicata tirrenica. E' in un'area di villette da cui è sufficientemente distanziata da evitare qualsiasi disturbo reciproco. Dalla casa si ha un ottima vista sul golfo di Policastro e se ne può godere la buona brezza serale. Casa su 2 piani con il primo rialzato; risulta molto spaziosa, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. La cucina è spaziosa con abbondante numero si stoviglie. Si presenta come una casa di abitazione arredata con mobili anno 80 in perfetto stato (ci sarebbe solo da aggiungere l'asse al water del piano terra), con abbondanza di tavoli, sedie, stendini, armadi in camera.. In cucina non c'è la lavastoviglie ma dal lavandino si ha un'ottima vista sul mare per allietare il lavoro del lavapiatti ;). Comodissimi i balconi, con ben 2 amache, ed i terrazzi, quello al piano superiore con salottino. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore; la posizione della casa non la rende comunque necessaria. Bello anche il giardino che la circonda, con molte piante da frutto. I 2 cani sono bravissimi e non hanno mai disturbato, considerando che non ne siamo abituati. Il proprietario è amichevole e disponibile. Consigliata come luogo di relax e base per visite nei bellissimi luoghi circostanti.

Un ambiente da sogno

La casa, immersa nel verde e avvolta nel silenzio, ha una vista di incomparabile bellezza ad ampio raggio sul golfo di Policastro, sia dal piano giorno che dal piano notte. Di notte i grilli del bosco sottostante fanno un coro rilassante che aiuta il sonno. La zona è al centro di mete facilmente raggiungibili di rara bellezza come Palinuro, Maratea e Padula con la sua grande Certosa. Storia, arte, natura... I prezzi dei vari servizi sono in generale più vantaggiosi di quelli più a nord. Gabriele è stato molto disponibile per tutte le piccole necessità e informazioni, molto cordiale e aperto. I cani, nel loro recinto, sono stati di buona compagnia. Torneremo certamente!

Ons verblijf in de woning met 6 personen was uitstekend. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en zee vanaf alle balkons en dakterras, grote tuin met verschillende bomen, ruime kamer en keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. De hond in de tuin was als een eigen huisdier, een lieve waakhond. Naar aanleiding van de kou die we in een ander huis hadden gehad, is de eigenaar direct een gaskachel komen brengen, want een CV was niet aanwezig, wel een prima open haard die we gestookt hebben. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Vue époustouflante

Villa bien située à flanc de colline. Très bon accueil de Gabriele et de son chien, qui fait office de « gardien ». L’hote nous a bien conseillé pour les visites et restaurants. La villa familiale est bien équipée, mais l’électricité et le réseau d’eau sont vétustes et mériteraient quelques travaux ; si vous n’etes pas regardant avec ça, vous y passerez un très bon séjour avec la mer à portée de main et sans la folie de la côte Amalfitaine.

Havre de vacances exceptionnel

Super ! La localisation de la maison est géniale : vue sur mer à 180 ° . Des terrasses et des balcons qui permettent d'en profiter pleinement. La maison est simple et propre et possède un grand jardin où figues, poires, citrons et raisin sont à disposition des locataires. La famille Aliberti est adorable.... et leurs chiens aussi. La plage de Capitello est vraiment toute proche et le stationnement y est plus aisé qu'à Villamare où le commerce de proximité est plus important et de bonne qualité. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour....

excellente prestation

nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette maison et notre séjour a été excellent. La maison est spacieuse, bien située, avec des terrasses où la vue est époustouflante. La maison était très propre et accueillante, les espaces de vie sont vastes et les chambres (3) toutes aussi grandes et bien équipées. je vous conseille cette location de très bonne qualité. Gabriel est super sympa. JPG
