The newly built apartment covers an area of about 110 square meters, is characterized by a very bright and panoramic open space structure on two slightly staggered levels that divide the large living room - dining room with the upper part where there are two rooms, one double and one twin which for the night are darkened by two movable walls made up of paneled curtains.
Complete the apartment a comfortable bathroom with a corner shower and an additional outdoor shower adjacent to the laundry corner.
It is accessed directly from the private terrace with adjacent parking space.
Privacy and comfort are among the main prerogatives.
Sea and beaches 100 meters on foot.
