This bright remodel features a chef’s kitchen with granite counters and a cozy electric fireplace for movie nights. After a day on the Pickleball courts, unwind on the private deck with a BBQ or relax in the California King master. Every detail is designed for an effortless, high-end coastal getaway.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully updated with high-end finishes and everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew.

Living Area: Cozy up by the electric fireplace for a movie night using our Smart TV (complete with Cable, VCR, and DVD player). We also have comfortable sofa sleepers—perfect for the kids to camp out during a film.

Outdoor Living: Head out to the deck to enjoy the dunes and beach view. Fire up the new propane BBQ and enjoy a meal for four while listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves.
