Villa Gudrun, with its 9 units, is just 10 metres from the stunning Baltic Sea beach and only a few minutes’ walk from the Binz pier. Your holiday home is centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk from shopping, stores, and restaurants.
The stylish restaurant Der Weltenbummler is located in the side courtyard of Villa Gudrun. 



Apartment 551, located on the mezzanine level and accessible by lift (there are a few steps to climb), faces the inner courtyard. It’s ideal for families with children, as there’s hardly any car traffic in the area and the beach promenade is car-free. The small apartment features an open-concept living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette, a small bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony, which offers a side view of the sea, is accessible from the living area.



If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the building’s underground garage for a fee of 5.00 euros per day. The parking space is suitable for standard-sized cars: H=1.50 m / W=1.90 m / L=5.00 m / max. wheelbase=2.90 m / weight=up to 2,000 kg / max. wheel load=500 kg per parking space. Parking is subject to availability.



There is a lockable bicycle storage area in the underground garage.


For stays from May 1 through September 30 of each year, a beach chair can be rented at the time of booking for a fee of 3.00 euros per day for the entire stay. Unfortunately, requests to rent a beach chair at a later date cannot be accommodated.
The beach chair is located on the beach section in front of Villa Gudrun.



We ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.



Apartment with 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa – extra bed for 3rd/4th person:

The comfortable and stylish Apartment 551 features a cosy living/dining room with a comfortable couch that can be used as an extra bed for a 3rd and/or 4th person for a fee (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m). It also includes cable TV, an internet-enabled TV, a dual radio with CD and USB, and a DVD/Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is included.
The kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher) is integrated into the living area. There’s also a furnished balcony with a stunning side view of the sea! There is one bedroom with a French double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), though the bed is accessible from only one side. Outlets are available near the bed. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains are provided, and there is also a blackout curtain in the living area. This small, very charming apartment is complemented by a bathroom with a shower.



A high chair and a travel cot (without linens or a mattress) are available upon request and for a fee of 18 euros each for the entire stay in the apartment.


If you prefer to sleep on the couch in the living area instead of using the double bed in the bedroom, a linen surcharge of 6 euros will be applied.



If you are arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the building’s underground garage for a fee of 5 euros per day. The parking space is suitable for standard-sized cars: H=1.50 m / W=1.90 m / L=5.00 m / max. wheelbase=2.90 m / weight=up to 2,000 kg / max. wheel load=500 kg in a parking bay in the underground garage. Parking is not guaranteed.
