Beautifully decorated new 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo. Unit is rented by the calendar month some exceptions can be made so please inquire if your stay doesn’t fit the standard 30 day calendar month schedule. Property is located in Wellen Park Golf and Country Club resort. It comes with golf membership and use of all home owners amenities. Amenities include huge resort pool, many satellite pools, tiki bar, gym, tennis and pickleball courts.

Our place is decorated with high end furnishings, linens, and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gated, and walkable to all amenities.

Condo is 3 miles from downtown which boast many amazing restaurants and shopping. Cool Today Park only 2 miles away, which features daily and nightly events.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
