The proximity to heavenly was great. We also enjoyed the clubhouse where they had a lot of amenities and did not charge extra. The house was good. It would be nice to have more warm blankets around but overall it was clean and nice and suitable for our group.

The condo was clean and spacious. It was very welcoming and comfortable, as were the hosts. Centrally located right near the stateline with easy access to everything you'd want in S. Tahoe. Will definitely be back.

Nice cozy stay near Tahoe

Townhouse was cozy and functional. The place was a bit hard to find because the address on Google maps did not take us exactly there.

This property is in a great location easy to get in and out into traffic. Very quiet. The place was spotless very clean. The beds were a little hard and the bedding could be a little more plush. Over all we enjoyed our trip and we would stay here again.Mary S.

Great Location

Perfect location. Nice and quiet but close to casino’s, stops etc. Never did figure out where pool and hot tub were but not that important. Clean and roomy.

Great cabin feel with the fireplace and exposed beams. Spacious loft feel with a large dining table. Felt very different than the casino atmosphere a few minutes away. Would stay at this property again.

Great communication. Pretty much everything you need for a home away from home. Clean and appreciated the amenities such as pool and park. The only thing thing we weren't prepared for, was the lack of a/c. Otherwise, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Perfect for our basketball tourney! 🏀

Comfortable, open, well spaced, quiet community, safe, nice pool/clubhouse. Should sleep 8 though, there was plenty of bed space for 8, dishes and table space for more than 8. Perfect for our basketball families to share for a weekend tournament but would have been great to offer the other bed to another teammate.

Liked: Location
Unit was clean and spacious, comfortable beds, everything worked, internet was reliable, and was easy to get in and out to locations around south and east lake Tahoe. Hosts were helpful and pleasant. Unit and community had a great look and feel. HOA allows 2 cars parked per unit with a small 5 spot overflow area at the front and a large parking structure next to the police station nearby for more. The front HOA told us the community facilities were open 8am-10pm. However, they actually are open 10am-8pm. I am not sure why they close the fire pit before the sun goes down. What is the point of that? I wanted to star gaze by the fire pit, but I could not. Same for the hot tub.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Charles. We’re thrilled to hear that you found the unit clean, spacious, and comfortable, and that our team was helpful during your stay. It’s great to know you enjoyed the reliable internet and the ease of getting around the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the community facilities and the fire pit hours. We understand how disappointing it can be not to enjoy those amenities as you had hoped, especially for stargazing. We’ll definitely take your comments into consideration as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay, where we hope you can fully enjoy all the comforts and amenities we have to offer.
