Pros: Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est vraiment très agréable, la vue magnifique et tranquillité assurée malgré les voies de train très proches (entrée et sortie de gare, donc très discret, pas gênant du tout). La plage est à 5 mm à pied et est une très belle crique avec des eaux transparents et assez tranquille (prévoir des chaussures, car c'est une plage de pierres et dans l'eau on peut se trouver face à face avec des oursins (magnifique!! pour les plongeurs, un vrai bonheur). L'accueil fut aussi de plus agréable, Javier très à l'écoute et vraiment très très gentil. Merci aussi à Joana qu'on a eu juste le plaisir d'avoir au téléphone mais on a beaucoup apprécier son petit présent pour notre arrivée. Nous espérons seulement pouvoir revenir une prochaine fois. Une destination à ne pas rater!

Irgend ein Mechaniches Teil machte im Minutentackt gut wahrnembare Geräusche (Druckpumpe der Wasserversorgung?). Störte mich nach der ersten Nacht nicht mehr.Sollte aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt gemacht werden. Wer Spanien "Pur" im Positiven suchten, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Werde bestimmt wieder kommen

Im August 2015 verbrachten wir gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie 2 schöne Wochen in der Villa

Pros: Im August 2015 verbrachten wir gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie 2 schöne Wochen in der Villa in Colera ! Sehr wohl gefühlt haben wir uns vor allem auf der Küchen-Terasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer - hier kann man glücklich speisen oder einfach nur sitzen ! Die Villa ist groß genug und daher auch gut geeignet für 2 Familien, obwohl der große Schlafraum (für 4 Personen ein Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten) im Obergeschoss der Küche nicht durch Türen abgetrennt ist. Da wir Erwachsene uns abends aber vor allem auf der Terrasse aufgehalten haben, konnten die Kinder im Obergeschoss ungestört schlafen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein neues großes tolles Badezimmer mit WC, so dass man hier unabhängig vom Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist. Ebenfalls im Obergeschoss vorhanden ist eine Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es weitere 3 Schlafräume, 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, eines mit Stockbett, das aber wirklich sehr sehr klein ist und so von uns nicht benutzt wurde. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer, das sehr klein ist und von uns kaum benutzt wurde, gibt es ebenfalls eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit WC. Die Küche ist als offene Küche in Kombination mit der großen Terrasse ein schöner Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsort mit großem Tisch. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist insgesamt eher einfach, vor allem Küchenausstattung, zum Teil optisch gewöhnungsbedürftig (3 Sofas in kleinem Wohnzimmer) - es hat uns allerdings nach einer Eingewöhnung nichts ausgemacht, da die Lage der Villa und wie gesagt vor allem die herrlichen Ausblicke einen dafür entschädigen. Der Garten und das umliegende Gelände bieten für Kinder genügend Auslauf. Lediglich die Bahnlinie direkt am haus irritierte uns zunächst etwas. Die regelmäßig fahrenden Züge störten uns dann aber überhaupt nicht und auch die Kinder verstanden es, sich von der Bahnstrecke fern zu halten. Für Familien mit kleineren Kinder vielleicht etwas 'gefährlich', da es keine Abschreckung/Zaun gibt. Die Villa liegt im 'Villen-Viertel' von Colera, zu Fuß etwas weit weg vom Ort, dafür aber ruhig und 5 Minuten entfernt von einer netten Badebucht (üblicher Stein-Strand mit See-Igeln - sehr zu Schnorchelfreuden der Kinder und mit Badeschuhen überhaupt kein Problem !!). Es scheint, als ob vor allem Spanier hier Urlaub machen, was den Aufenthalt sehr sympathisch macht. Überhaupt, Colera ist ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde, ein nettes Örtchen fernab vom Massen-Tourismus ... auf seinem Dorfplatz mit der großen schattenspendenden Platane lässt es sich zu allen Tageszeiten gut verweilen. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Auto zu haben, da die Strecken von A nach B doch weiter sind, als man denkt. Weitere schöne noch nicht so überlaufene Orte sind gut erreichbar. Einen schönen und für Kinder zum Toben und Baden prima geeigneten Sandstrand gibt es in El Port de la Selva, eine gute halbe Stunde Fahrt. Cadaces, Figueras, die Klosterruine Sant Pere de Rodes bieten herrliche Ausflugsziele. Kurzum: eine tolles Fleckchen Erde und eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert !! Vielen Dank an Joana und David für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und die Hilfsbereitschaft ! Vielleicht kommen wir einmal wieder !!

En dat op slechts 3 minuten lopen. ( wel dalen en klimmen) De keuken was zeer compleet. Heerlijk. Nog nooit zoveel goede pannen tegengekomen. Rustige ligging buiten het kleine dorpje Colera. Uitstekende voorzieningen in huis, zeer compleet.

Pros: Ich war jetzt das dritte mal in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum und ich fühle mich wie zuhause in diesem Haus. Was mich jedoch diesmal ärgerte, war die Sauberkeit. Entweder verichtet nach beendigung des Urlaubs einer seine Aufgabe nicht ( Putzfrau ?). Oder es gibt Mieter die Urlaub nach dem Motto " Nach mir die Sintflut " in diesem Traumhaus machen. Unterm Strich kann ich aber sagen, das es wohl in Colera keine besseren Ort als dieses Haus gibt. Freu mich bereits auf den kommenden Urlaub.

Wenn man das Tauchen und Schnorcheln mag, ist dort an der richtigen Stelle. Es ist sehr viel Leben im Wasser zu sehen. Die Buchung vom Haus ist sehr gut verlaufen, meine Fragen wurden alle schnell beantwortet. Die Küche in dem Haus ist etwas alt und eine erneuerung wäre nicht schlecht. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Ich sage den Vermietern vielen Dank und wenn ich wieder nach Spanien gehe, würde ich noch mal nach Colera gehen.

Pièce du haut: belle, mais pas de penderie et ni stores ni rideaux devant les nombreuses ouvertures pour la lumière. Reveil garanti à l'aube.

If you love being somewhere with stunning and interesting landscape and falling asleep at night to the sound of silience then this idelic villa. The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of good local advice so we made the most out of our holiday. We stayed here for our honeymoon and have no doubt it was the perfect choice. I'd recomend having a hire car and exploring the lovely spanish and french old-style towns by the ports. Very highly recomended!!! Estaba muy bueno!!!

As regards the owner we got quick answers to all our questions and had no problems whatsoever with communication and payment. We hope to come back and stay more than 3 days another time. Pros: Пишу на русском, т.к. многие сограждане пользуются этим сайтом для поиска жилья в Испании. Дом прекрасен, две больших террасы, две гостиные (одна совмещенная с кухней\столовой), потрясающий вид на море, тихое, уютное место, с пением птиц по утрам. Отличная доступность к пляжам, один день купались в Испании, а другой уже во Франции. Мы отдыхали компанией две семьи с детьми, нас было 5 взрослых и четверо детей (10, 8, 6, 5 лет). Разместились отлично, никто никому не мешал. Хозяева к нашему приезду подготовили второй этаж ( этого вроде даже еще в описании нет). Дом самый крайний в поселке, место необычайно тихое! Кто едет в поисках ночных клубов и приключений, это не тот вариант - это место идеально для отдыха с детьми, или просто для спокойного отдыха и путешествий. Мы доехали до Ниццы и Марселя, Авиньона и Каркасона - то что франция настолько рядом очень здорово, т.к. там все совершенно по-другому и туда обязательно надо ездить! Рядом городок Колера где всегда свежая выпечка, мясо, фрукты и овощи. За большими покупками в соседний городок Льянса или Фигерас в гости к Сальвадору Дали)) Машина нужна, без нее никак, хотя можно приехать на жд станцию Колера на электричке (Renfe) из Барселоны или Жироны. Станция в пешей доступности от дома (5 - 7 мин пешком). Дом на 5+++++++++++++ Буду рекомендовать его всем друзьям!!!!!!

Pros: The whole holiday was like in heaven!!! The house is beautiful and spacious- I don't know if there is anything you need to take with you when you go there...The kitchen is full of pots, cups, mugs, etc that there is nothing you would need extra at all (we were cooking at home all the time). The upstairs 'kingy king' size bedroom is gorgeous with lovely views to the sea and it's own bath/shower room/ toilet. I would highly recommend this house for holiday as it is absolutely heavenly lovely place!!! We will go there again and again!

Pros: It was wonderful! We loved the house and the area! At the beginning I was a bit worried as we had to pay full in advance.. but we took the risk and it was worth. We arrived at midnight and a local attendant has driven us to the house, where CAVA and milk was waiting for us - very friendly gesture. The attendand was always avalable for questions (there was a power-cut once and he was able to explain that there are building works in the village and the cut will last until 12.00 which actually happened, another time we needed explanation on some light-swiches - he always answered the phone immediately) The bed linen was already prepared for us, there was even a second bathroom which was not yet advertised - so we were 2 separate families and each had a bathroom.. It is really close to the calm little beach (stones).The main beach of Colera (also stones) is within a walkind distance - some 15 minutes walk. The view from the terrasse is wonderful. And in may when it got chilly in the evening we could even heat in the fireplace. For even cooler days there are electric radiators. We used also the barbeque outside - In this late may week there were barely 3 families in the whole Colera... Luckily the shop in the center of the village was open. There is also a simple restaurant. The house is very cosy.You feel like at home and the kitchen with its big table and relax area is great for long dinners and conversations or morning wake-up breakfasts. The region is beautiful you can do walking tours in the mountains and also drive around to little villages or monasteries- just for visiting the house of Dali you must book in internet in advance. We went to Roses (short drive of +-30 min) for the sandy beach - the sea is great for little kids as it is very flat - unusual for north Cataluna. We arrived by plane to Girona and were driving the 30-40 minutes to Colera and it was surely worth it! It's a great place for relaxation - no crouds of people as in Roses. We would come back there any time. MANY THANKS!
