What's better than a Marathon getaway when it comes to coastal adventures and dreamy days of sweet sunshine? Treat yourself to a perfect getaway and make this stunning retreat your home base today, as it boasts four spacious bedrooms, room for a boat on the private, 25-foot dock, a private pool (heating available), and gorgeous views! The interior is filled with beachy decor, natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals, yet each day can mainly be spent outside reminiscing over a cold drink on the covered deck, tanning by the pool, or grilling up some burgers on the private gas grill! When it is time to settle down, everyone can hang out at the round table for a game night, watch a movie in the living area, or hit the hay in one of four bedrooms boasting queen beds in three and a double in the last bedroom.

This location couldn't get much better, as you will have easy access to open waters for boating, fishing, swimming, and exploring the Keys! When you want to venture away from home base, be sure to check out the Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Adventure, and the Dolphin Research Center. Be sure to explore some of the nearby water sport activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. BOOK NOW! We loved this house, view and location! We have gone to the keys often, and this is by far our favorite place! The view is breathtaking, and you can pull your boat right up to the dock. The bridge is right around here corner and you can zip out to the lighthouse for snorkeling! There is also a lot within walking distance- restaurants, jet ski/kayak rentals and more. Boat rentals down the road very close. We brought our bikes to ride around and go to the pedestrian bridge! It was great to come back and jump in the pool! We were also able to bring our doggies which we loved. We had a manatee come right up to our dock for fresh water!! We will definitely be back. I miss it already.

Great place!!

We loved everything about this place! We spent hours everyday in the pool and fishing off the dock. The location was perfect. There were several bars and restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. We will definitely book this house again!

The view

The house was clean and well stocked for all your needs. The view however, was the the best part of the stay. Hanging out in the pool or under the shade of the covered porch just staring at the view was amazing!

Lots to see while in the pool!!

Well stocked property with pool and dock for fishing. Close to 7mile bridge for walking/biking/sunset. Would stay again. Lots to see in the busy little harbor outside the house. Marathon is bustling as well but nice to be minutes from store etc. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked.

Hidden Gem of The Keys

Tucked on the last little road on Marathon, it was a quiet and peaceful. The only noise was the sound of occasional rain and the wild roosters of the Keys. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We liked the location so we could do short day trips and yet have a nice grocery store nearby. It was relaxing to have a pool looking out to the ocean. We would stay here again!

Making memories in the Florida Keys

We had a wonderful vacation in the Keys. The home was perfect for us!! Very clean, gorgeous view and the kids loved playing in the pool. Sunset boat rides, lobstering, fishing and swimming with the dolphins at dolphin connect. We made amazing memories in this home and will definitely be booking this home again! We had an awesome stay! This house has the most well stocked kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc than any house I have ever stayed at in all our visits to the Keys. The house was very clean and cheerful upon our arrival. Plenty of room. Open windows for plenty of sunshine and to see the sunrise each morning. Plenty of chairs by the pool. The whole place was beautiful! I can't say enough about how nice this place was. We will definitely be staying there again!

Had a wonderful time at Marathon Magic…it was beautiful, peaceful and very convenient. Only one burner worked on the stove and the oven kept setting off the fire alarm!! But we worked around this! Would definetly go back again!!

Decent home. Location on the water reminds me of us 1. Workers pounding nails over the weekend working on lobster traps. Wish I did better research. Grill needs a desperate update. Angles of pictures make it look totally different.

Not quite

The home was located in a very commercial area with construction going on behind the home. Not much in the way of privacy as neighbors on both sides could be clearly heard night and day. Trash rules confusing and not clearly communicated. When enjoying the pool daily chartered boats would go by full of patrons who can view the entire back yard, close enough to touch.
