"Strandgut" Apartment – The Sea and the Promenade Are Just a Stone's Throw Away
Located just a few metres from the sea and the lively beach promenade, the bright "Strandgut" two-room apartment captivates with its modern and tasteful furnishings.

In the living and dining room, a large sleeper sofa and the adjoining (covered) balcony with patio furniture invite you to relax in every season. The well-equipped open kitchen, integrated into the living room (including a dishwasher and microwave), offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the whole family.

The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2x 90x200 mattresses) and a spacious closet. Thanks to the additional sleeping space in the living room (140x200), the apartment is ideal for both couples and families (up to 4 people). Both the bedroom and living room have roller shutters (electronic in the living room).

The underground parking space included with the apartment makes loading and unloading easy. There is also a shared bike storage room. In the shared laundry room, both a dryer and a washing machine are available for use for a fee.
