Location was good as it had a beautiful view of the mountains and night skies.Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the 1 and 1/2 baths. Kitchen equipped well. Host communicated well and check in was easy. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as there's always room for improvement. Nice to have washer/dryer, but bring laundry soap as none was available

Might have started by calling the property "inviting" but I think that "welcoming" is a bit more descriptive. What a marvelous little house! Everett is easy to work with. We had a fine time touring the area and always enjoyed returning to our little refuge. Recommend highly!

This Vrbo property was absolutely stunning! The views are incredible! Pictures don’t do the house or the view justice! Make sure you look up at night because the star gazing that is mentioned is amazing! Everything was clean, it smelled so good when we walked in! He has everything you might need and more! The bed and couch were so comfortable! It felt like a home away from home! Communication with the host Everett was clear and easy! There was great information about the home and the area! We will definitely be returning at a later date!

This property met every need to explore Westcliffe, Silver Cliff and the Sangre de Cristo mountains in the summer! Everett was a great host who communicated everything needed prior to arrival and the check-out instructions were easy and simple. I appreciated how this property had extra paper towels, toilet paper, pillows, sheets and blankets readily available. The kitchen had what was needed to prepare meals and we were able to do a load of laundry! I'll end with the best amenity: living spaces with large windows facing the Sangres!

One of the finest VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated. Private. Excellent communication with the host. Easy in and out. Comfortable bed and furniture. Spectacular view great value. Thanks Everett couldn’t have asked for more.
