About this property

New to the rental - Gulf Access, high speed internet, completely remodeled

Home w/ Gulf Access and Boat Deck, Heated Pool, Jacuzzi. Completely renovated in November/December 2021

Great central location

Bed linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

Winter get away

House was amazing ..Property manager went above and beyond…very responsive with our calls and concerns…house was very clean and organized…kitchen had everything u needed… We loved the outdoor living space…enjoyed drinking coffee outside and watching the fish jump in the bay… Hoping next year when we stay the pool will be fixed… We rebooked for next year already….

Dear Wendee, If there was any inconvenience, we are very sorry. However, Florida has a tropical climate and despite all the measures, bugs can still get into the house. This usually happens through open outside doors, uncovered food or open garbage cans. Of course we have no influence on this. We have a service contract for all of our houses with a pest control company that checks the houses for infestation at regular intervals. By the way, this is standard in tropical areas. After your message, we immediately sent a company to remedy the situation. The company's communication confirmed that no unusual infestation could be detected and the few specimens were removed immediately. As stated at the beginning of this mail, this is not unusual for Florida and does not warrant such a rating.

Beautiful property

We had a great time. Property was beautiful, pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. We also loved the back canal we saw sting rays, manatees and a lot of different types of fish.
