The Space:

Welcome to River Fly-In, a truly one-of-a-kind stay featuring two neighboring luxury condos rented together in Merritt Island. This unique setup includes one 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo and one 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo, creating an expansive 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat—perfect for larger groups who want to stay together without sacrificing space or privacy.



Together, the condos comfortably sleep up to 12 guests with 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 floor mattresses. Each unit features soaring 9-foot ceilings, high-end finishes, state-of-the-art appliances, Nest thermostats, granite countertops, elegant cabinetry, and luxurious flooring throughout. Every detail—both inside the condos and throughout the building—was thoughtfully designed to deliver a modern, upscale experience.



Enjoy the convenience of two separate living rooms, each with generous seating and large TVs, along with two fully stocked kitchens—ideal for group meals or longer stays. Both condos include in-unit washers and dryers and fast, reliable Wi-Fi, making this an excellent option for extended vacations or business travel.



Step onto either private balcony and take in sweeping views of the airport runway and the tranquil Banana River. A spa is available by appointment, and the property features secured entry, outdoor security cameras, and two EV charging stations.

Guest Access:

A secured entrance and security cameras for ensuring peace of mind, you'll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.
