The houseboat was a beautiful spot to stay in North Van. Loved the Spirit Trail and access to Lower Lonsdale. The accommodation in particular is simply gorgeous . Every thing was super easy to access and the beds felt like clouds . We watched seals out the window and loved the upper balcony. Will definitely return and recommend this beautiful home .

Great location and unique stay! We were excited to stay on a house boat, and this one was super cool! Our kids loved looking for seals every day, and we loved how close it was to walk to restaurants and stores. The owner was great at communicating and responding. I didn't get check-in plans until the day of check-in at noon, and started to panic, but the owner responded within a few hours and assured me my reservation was set. I also appreciated that he sent a video showing me how to get to the boat and access the gate. There is a QR code for anything you need assistance with, and these short visuals saved me from having to contact him. We did stay on a warmer weekend, so it was a bit warmer upon arrival, but we opened the windows and used several of the fans, and it cooled off quickly. They do have a portable AC unit downstairs but we didn't bother with it. The house had all the soaps you could need, as well as spices. My teenage girls were in-love with the Dyson hair dryer that was there as well. Would recommend this house boat for anyone to stay!
