The condo also includes two parking spaces for added convenience. Located in the desirable Spring Lake community, the property offers access to the pool and is near the Thompson Island Preserve trail area. It’s also less than half a mile from the ocean and perfectly situated between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach.

One of the biggest highlights is the location. You can take an approximately 15-minute walk to Cullen Street beach access, spend the day on the sand, then come back and unwind by the pool or relax on the patio overlooking the pond. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be just minutes from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Funland, Dewey Beach, tax-free shopping, Jungle Jim’s, and scenic biking and walking trails.

Please note this is a quiet community setting. No parties, and no smoking or vaping inside or outside the condo. One quiet, well-behaved dog with no aggression history is welcome with a pet fee.
