⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I would not recommend staying at this property. From the moment I arrived, my experience was extremely disappointing. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 3:34 PM, the property was still being cleaned, and my guests and I had to leave and return later. Upon entering, we immediately noticed a cockroach on the table, spiders, dirty doors, and a room that was locked and unavailable. The Wi-Fi did not work during our entire stay, making it impossible to use the electronics we brought. The refrigerator also failed to cool properly, which was especially frustrating because we had purchased groceries. The backyard was poorly maintained, with overgrown grass, and the neighbors’ unleashed dogs were roaming onto the property, creating serious safety concerns for my guests and my own dog. There were also disturbances involving neighbors arguing. What made this experience even worse was the host’s lack of concern. Instead of properly addressing these issues, the host offered an additional day in exchange for a five-star review. I found that extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I paid for a clean, safe, comfortable property with working amenities, and unfortunately, that is not what I received. This stay was stressful, inconvenient, and nowhere near worth the money I spent. I strongly encourage future guests to consider these concerns before booking. I would not stay here again.
