Welcome to the Pearl. You're going to love this freshly renovated seaside cottage in Waterford. Literally steps away from the alewife Cove, Ocean Beach Park, Waterford State Beach and the Eugene O'Neill theater Village. This unique property has two gracious bedrooms on the primary level of stairs Accessed by a staircase directly next to your parking space. It has a new kitchen, dining area, large living room, New bath with tub, and brand new laundry area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with walk-in closet and the second bedroom has two unique twin beds. The living room has any enormous brand new sectional with cozy electric fireplace. This sectional converts to a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Pearl also has a second Suite on the ground level. This suite is just steps away from your parking spot. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, the living room has a new sectional with queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, kitchenette with small dining area in a brand new bathroom with gracious tile shower.
This lower level or first floor suite is not connected internally to the upper level. A great spot for families traveling together, older children our grandparents.
