Mattresses in all bedrooms need upgrading: all very uncomfortable.Railing on stairs from rear parking area to unit are too low and unsafe and provide very little support for elderly, disabled, and children. Suggest keeping the existing lower handrail and adding a higher second railing. With the present design it's like an accident waiting to happen.Railing from dining room to living room is nor secure: wobbles.Also, it appears that the design for the outside railing was carried to the inside; railings are too low
